Welcome to GRIGIOCARBONIO. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store.
By visiting the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Product Information
We take care to present every GRIGIOCARBONIO component as accurately as possible, including its specifications, dimensions, materials, compatibility and intended use.
Because carbon fibre is a technical material with natural visual characteristics, weave patterns, finishes and colours may vary slightly from the photographs displayed online. These variations do not normally constitute a product defect.
Before placing an order, customers must verify that the selected component is suitable for their bicycle, intended discipline and technical requirements. For compatibility assistance, contact us at info@grigiocarbonio.it.
All components should be installed and inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic following the supplied instructions, specified tightening torques and applicable safety standards.
3. Orders
Products may be ordered directly through our online store, subject to availability.
After checkout, you will receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received. The purchase is accepted when GRIGIOCARBONIO confirms the order or dispatches the products.
We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or incorrect customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be returned through the original payment method.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated during checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery costs and additional charges are shown before the order is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. Orders may be processed only after payment has been successfully authorised.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout.
Every component is inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, local couriers, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. GRIGIOCARBONIO cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, customers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without providing a reason.
Before returning any product, the customer must contact info@grigiocarbonio.it and wait for return authorisation and instructions.
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled and complete, with all accessories and original packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections.

7. Warranty
GRIGIOCARBONIO components are covered by the applicable 24-month legal warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, accidents, impacts, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, unauthorised modifications or use outside the product’s intended specifications.
Complete coverage, exclusions and claim instructions are described in our Returns & Warranty policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
8. Responsible Use of Components
Cycling components must be selected, installed and maintained with care.
Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, compatibility requirements, tightening torques, tyre-pressure limits and recommended inspection intervals.
GRIGIOCARBONIO cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, incompatible equipment, unauthorised alterations, insufficient maintenance or use beyond the component’s intended limits.
9. Website Use
The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, place fraudulent orders or reproduce website content without permission.
We may restrict access or cancel orders when misuse, fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, text and other content published on this website belong to GRIGIOCARBONIO or are used with permission.
Website content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written authorisation.
11. Limitation of Liability
GRIGIOCARBONIO is responsible for its products and services within the limits established by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper product use, incorrect installation, incompatible components or failure to follow technical and safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
12. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Information provided during checkout or through our contact forms may be used to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer assistance, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Consumers continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they normally reside.

The version applicable to an order is the one published when the order is placed. Updates do not retroactively change orders already accepted.
